Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new image release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
